The unconscious fall
In the light of attention, we can't identify with the body. We can claim that we are not this body. But when this attention is not present, and we live with ordinary consciousness. We identify ourselves with the body. That is the quality of attention available to us, where we become the body. In that state we tend to say, I did, which in a sense is the action of taking the ownership of the action. Nothing wrong with this process. However, this leads to a sense of heaviness, which rest in the body and we feel stressed and anxious. The letting go of the ownership, when consciousness is resting in the body is the key. Where we induce the attention in the body, knowing I can't do anything and imagining He doing things through this body. The act of opening up to Him, asking Him to to work through the body, is the gateway to surrender. Passing all tensions, anxiety and action to Him. Passing the praise and blame to Him. Do as He would do. Accepting everything which is unfold...
